La HAT Sanremo – Sestriere regina degli eventi Adventouring internazionali, si prepara a festeggiare i suoi sedici anni. L’edizione 2024, che si svolgerà dal 6 al 8 settembre, sarà un’occasione per celebrare questo importante traguardo con tanti partecipanti di più nazionalità e tanti campioni del mondo dei moto rally, dell’enduro e della Dakar.

HAT NEW VINTAGE:
La HAT Vintage nella sua formula rinnovata per l’edizione 2024 apre al mondo delle vecchie Adventure che hanno fatto la storia della moto, alle immatricolate fino al 1994 che oggi hanno più di trent’anni. Il rispetto dovuto a queste moto storiche prevede un’attenzione particolare sotto forma di un parco partenza dedicato, la premiazione di alcuni modelli per età e qualità ed il percorso dedicato, durata due giorni. Siamo certi che queste moto che sono nel cuore di tutti gli appassionati non solo saranno stelle alla partenza ma anche sul percorso alla guida dei loro appassionati riders.

LA “HAT MASTER CHALLENGE “, MA COS’È ?
E’ una gara ? non proprio, non ci sono classifiche…
E’ un viaggio ? certamente, ma non solo… si guida anche per conquistare un punteggio…
E’ un’avventura in moto ? sicuramente, per la bellezza dei percorsi e dei paesaggi ma anche per la lunghezza delle sue tappe…
La novità di questa edizione sarà l’introduzione di una nuova categoria con varianti e nuovi tratti su un percorso esclusivo, la HAT MASTER CHALLENGE. Questa avventura sarà dedicata ai piloti più esperti e appassionati. Si svolgerà su un percorso di oltre 900 km, con controlli orari di passaggio e segreti, tratti da percorrere senza traccia GPS. Una sfida che metterà alla prova le capacità di guida, di navigazione e di resistenza dei partecipanti, regalando loro emozioni indimenticabili.
La HAT Master Challenge sarà aperta solo a 40 piloti, che soli o in gruppo, ma ognuno iscritto singolarmente. I partecipanti riceveranno un trattamento esclusivo, tra cui un ristoro-bivacco per vivere l’atmosfera dei grandi races immersi nella natura.

CATEGORIE 2024:
- HAT NEW VINTAGE:
Riservata alle moto immatricolate prima del 1994, durata due giorni. - HAT DISCOVERY:
Un “entry level”, durata due giorni. - HAT CLASSIC:
La tradizionale avventura, durata due giorni. - HAT EXTREME:
Dedicata ai più ardimentosi, con 36 h di guida e due notturne, numero limitato di iscrizioni. - HAT MASTER CHALLENGE:
Formula audax riservata ai motociclisti che hanno già partecipato almeno una volta ad una HAT, iscrizioni limitate a 40 partecipanti, con circa 40 h di guida e due notturne.

Un viaggio/cavalcata attraverso le Alpi
La HAT Sanremo – Sestriere, già nota come Hardalpitour, è un viaggio/cavalcata attraverso le Alpi di Liguria e Piemonte, si rivolge a tutti gli appassionati di enduro, sia esperti che principianti.
Un’esperienza unica
La HAT Sanremo – Sestriere offre ai partecipanti l’opportunità di vivere un’esperienza unica, alla scoperta delle bellezze naturali delle Alpi. Il percorso si snoda tra strade sterrate e strade a fondo naturale, offrendo paesaggi mozzafiato e panorami indimenticabili, respirando l’atmosfera dei grandi rally internazionali.
La guida in notturna
La caratteristica principale della HAT Sanremo – Sestriere è la guida in notturna. Un’esperienza indimenticabile, che permette di vivere l’avventura in modo diverso e suggestivo.
Autonomia e responsabilità
La HAT Sanremo – Sestriere è un evento che richiede autonomia e responsabilità da parte dei partecipanti. Ogni partecipante valuterà liberamente i tracciati forniti, potrà fermarsi per riposarsi nei punti di ristoro dislocati lungo tutto il percorso, per arrivare alla meta di Sestriere.
La sede di partenza sarà ancora la città di Sanremo. Per l’edizione 2024 confermiamo il primo tratto di percorso nell’entroterra ligure, attraverso i comuni di Bajardo, Apricale e Pigna e anche i nuovi tratti nelle Vie Marenche, percorsi molto apprezzati dai partecipanti della 15 edizione.
NEW VINTAGE
La categoria Vintage della HAT Sanremo Sestriere è riservata alle moto immatricolate prima del 1994. Ha durata di due giorni e sarà possibile parteciparvi in gruppo di tre persone.
Il percorso del primo giorno coinciderà con quello della Classic, con pernottamento a carico del partecipante il sabato notte nella zona di Boves. La ripartenza avrà luogo la domenica mattina su buona parte del tracciato Classic, un percorso di circa 500 chilometri, destinato a coloro che desiderano guidare la propria moto storica lungo un percorso ADVENTOURING.
La nuova formula VINTAGE prevede:
- Assistenza lungo il percorso, i piloti potranno usufruire del supporto logistico e assistenza sanitaria della Croce Verde, di medici e dei punti di ristoro.
Recupero della moto su strade sterrate (verrà effettuato in un momento successivo, ove sia possibile con i mezzi dell’organizzazione e trasportata ad un punto tappa). - Parcheggio riservato
- Partenza anticipata rispetto alla Classic
- Categorie di premiazione: Venerdì pomeriggio sarà organizzata una premiazione tramite una giuria formata da giornalisti di settore ed esperti di moto vintage.

Il pernottamento del sabato notte è a carico del partecipante. Vista la tipologia turistica della zona, vi consigliamo di prenotare con largo anticipo
DISCOVERY
La categoria Discovery della HAT Sanremo Sestriere avrà durata di due giorni e sarà possibile parteciparvi sia singolarmente sia in gruppo. Il percorso del primo giorno coinciderà con quello della Classic, con pernottamento a carico del partecipante il sabato notte nella zona di Boves. La ripartenza avrà luogo la domenica mattina su parte del percorso della Classic con alcuni nuovi tratti su strade sterrate. La Discovery è la categoria adatta a chi si vuole avvicinare per la prima volta alla HAT e vuole vivere l’atmosfera del viaggio senza l’impegno della guida per 24 ore consecutive con notturna. I partecipanti percorreranno circa 500 chilometri. I piloti potranno usufruire lungo il percorso del supporto logistico assistenza sanitaria e dei punti di ristoro.
CLASSIC
La categoria Classic della HAT Sanremo Sestriere è quella tradizionale, adatta a motociclisti già esperti che vogliono cimentarsi in una 24 ore non-stop con guida in notturna. I partecipanti percorreranno circa 600 chilometri, attraversando le Alpi liguri e piemontesi. Il percorso include alcuni dei luoghi più suggestivi della zona. I piloti potranno usufruire lungo il percorso del supporto logistico assistenza sanitaria e dei punti di ristoro.
EXTREME
La categoria della Extreme HAT Sanremo Sestriere è una sfida per i motociclisti più esperti e appassionati. Il numero di posti è limitato a 140, quindi è necessario iscriversi con largo anticipo. La partenza è prevista il venerdì sera da Sanremo. I partecipanti percorreranno circa 900 chilometri in 40-42 ore, attraversando le Alpi liguri e piemontesi. Il percorso si differenzia in molti punti dalla versione Classic. I partecipanti potranno usufruire del supportato logistico, assistenza sanitaria dei punti di ristoro e di un punto di sosta/riposo dedicato al coperto.Si conferma il transito e ristoro a Punta Fraiteve a 2700 metri sul livello del mare. Da qui, i partecipanti affronteranno una discesa impegnativa verso Sestriere.
MASTER CHALLENGE
La categoria Master Challenge della HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE è destinata solo a coloro che veramente vogliano vivere un’esperienza di viaggio avventuroso in solitaria o in gruppo, lungo percorsi impegnativi, una sfida per mettere alla prova le proprie capacità di guida e di navigazione ma in sicurezza, potendo contare sull’assistenza dell’organizzazione.
Requisiti
Partecipazione ad almeno una precedente edizione della HAT.
Percorso
Il percorso della Challenge è di oltre 900 chilometri, con nuovi tratti inediti e sfidanti differenziati dalla traccia principale.
La nuova formula della Master Challenge prevede:
- Controlli orari di passaggio e segreti
- Tracce da percorrere senza traccia GPS
- Una sfida di navigazione e regolarità
- Limite partecipanti 40
- Acquisizione dei punteggi (vedi Formula Evento Master Challenge)
SICUREZZA Consigliamo ai partecipanti della categoria HAT Master Challenge di fermarsi a dormire a Sestriere alla fine dell’evento. Una notte di riposo vi permetterà di ricaricare le batterie e di affrontare il viaggio di ritorno in tutta sicurezza. Nella sezione INFO trovate l’elenco delle strutture alberghiere convenzionate.
ASSISTENZA Lungo il percorso, i piloti potranno usufruire del supporto logistico e assistenza sanitaria della Croce Verde, di medici e dei punti di ristoro. Possibilità di pernotto autonomo presso mercato coperto di Boves e presso il ristoro – bivacco, servizi riservati alla categoria Challenge.
Recupero della moto su strade sterrate (verrà effettuato in un momento successivo, dove sia possibile con i mezzi dell’organizzazione e trasportata ad un punto tappa).
REGOLAMENTO MASTER CHALLENGE
- Una sfida personale di precisione e regolarità che premia la condotta di guida regolare, precisa, rispettosa e consistente nel tempo su diversi parametri.
- Ogni pilota deve compiere tutto il percorso seguendo fedelmente le tracce fornite, nei tempi medi corretti comunicati.
- L’organizzazione assegnerà dei bonus (detti “Token”) al pilota che avrà rispettato luoghi e tempi di passaggio comunicati.
- L’obiettivo per ciascun pilota è raccogliere un numero definito dei Token previsti dall’organizzazione sul percorso per ciascuna giornata.
Raccolta punti (Token)
- Tempo:
- Verranno stabiliti dei punti di passaggio sul percorso ad un km definito detti “Gate”.
- Ciascun pilota dovrà rispettare i tempi di passaggio nei Gate (al km indicato) comunicati alla partenza in base alla media oraria di giornata, che potrà essere differente a seconda della giornata.
- L’orario di passaggio sarà rilevato tramite tracking GPS attivo su ciascun pilota e per ciascun pilota.
- Con una tolleranza sull’orario di passaggio comunicato, il pilota otterrà un token passando al gate nel tempo corretto. Verrà fornita una tabella con gli orari di partenza e di passaggio.
- Ciascun arrivo di giornata costituirà un gate a tutti gli effetti dove ciascun pilota dovrà arrivare nel tempo comunicato con una tolleranza di +/- 30 minuti. In difetto non si otterrà il token relativo.
- Navigazione:
- L’organizzazione definirà dei punti sul percorso dove ciascun pilota dovrà obbligatoriamente passare, senza rilievo di tempo e senza che il pilota sia informato (tipo blind).
- Il solo passaggio al check point segreto darà diritto ad un token.
- Saranno previsti 3/4 check point al giorno.
- Obiettivo:
- Riceveranno il titolo di Master of Adventouring tutti i piloti che avranno raccolto un numero minimo definito token totali messi a disposizione dall’organizzazione nel corso dell’evento.

The HAT Sanremo – Sestriere, queen of international Adventouring events, is preparing to celebrate its sixteenth anniversary. The 2024 edition, which will take place from 6 to 8 September, will be an occasion to celebrate this important milestone with many participants of many nationalities and many world champions of moto rally, enduro and Dakar.

HAT NEW VINTAGE:

The respect due to these historic motorbikes includes special attention in the form of a dedicated start park, the awarding of prizes to certain models for their age and quality, and a dedicated two-day route. We are confident that these motorbikes that are in the hearts of all enthusiasts will not only be stars at the start, but also on the course being ridden by their passionate riders.

THE ‘HAT MASTER CHALLENGE’, BUT WHAT IS IT?
Is it a competition? not really, there are no rankings…
It’s a journey, of course, but not only that… you also drive to get a score…
Is it a motorcycling adventure ? certainly, for the beauty of the routes and landscapes but also for the length of its stages…
New for this edition will be the introduction of a new category with variations and new sections on an exclusive route, the HAT MASTER CHALLENGE. This adventure will be dedicated to the most experienced and passionate drivers. It will take place over a distance of more than 900 km, with passage and secret time controls, and stretches to be covered without a GPS track. A challenge that will test the driving, navigation and endurance skills of the participants, giving them unforgettable emotions.
The HAT Master Challenge will only be open to 40 drivers, who alone or in groups, but each registered individually. Participants will receive exclusive treatment, including a bivouac restaurant to experience the atmosphere of the great races surrounded by nature.

A journey/hike through the Alps
The HAT Sanremo – Sestriere, formerly known as the Hardalpitour, is a trip/ride through the Alps of Liguria and Piedmont, and is aimed at all enduro enthusiasts, both experts and beginners.
A unique experience
The HAT Sanremo – Sestriere offers participants the opportunity to live a unique experience, discovering the natural beauty of the Alps. The route winds its way between dirt roads and natural roads, offering breathtaking scenery and unforgettable views, breathing in the atmosphere of the great international rallies.
Driving at night
The main feature of the HAT Sanremo – Sestriere is night driving. An unforgettable experience, which allows you to live the adventure in a different and suggestive way.
Autonomy and responsibility
The HAT Sanremo – Sestriere is an event that requires autonomy and responsibility on the part of the participants. Each participant will freely assess the tracks provided, and will be able to stop for a rest at the refreshment points located along the route, to arrive at the destination of Sestriere.
The starting venue will still be the city of Sanremo. For the 2024 edition, we confirm the first section of the route in the Ligurian hinterland, through the municipalities of Bajardo, Apricale and Pigna, as well as the new sections in the Vie Marenche, routes much appreciated by the participants of the 15th edition.
NEW VINTAGE
The Vintage category of the HAT Sanremo Sestriere is reserved for motorbikes registered before 1994. It lasts two days and it will be possible to participate in groups of three.
The route of the first day will coincide with that of the Classic, with overnight stay at the participant’s expense on Saturday night in the Boves area. The restart will take place on Sunday morning on a good part of the Classic route, a route of approximately 500 kilometres, intended for those who wish to ride their historic motorbikes along an ADVENTOURING route.
The new VINTAGE formula includes:
- Assistance along the route, riders will be able to take advantage of the logistical support and medical assistance of the Green Cross, doctors and refreshment points.
- Motorbike recovery on dirt roads (will be carried out at a later date, where possible with the organisation’s vehicles and transported to a stage point).
- Reserved parking
- Departure earlier than the Classic
- Prize-giving categories: On Friday afternoon, a prize-giving ceremony will be organised by a jury consisting of trade journalists and vintage motorbike experts.

Overnight accommodation in the Vintage category:
Overnight accommodation on Saturday night is the responsibility of the participant. Given the tourist nature of the area, we recommend booking well in advance.
DISCOVERY The Discovery
category of the HAT Sanremo Sestriere will last two days and it will be possible to participate either individually or in groups. The route of the first day will coincide with that of the Classic, with overnight stay paid for by the participant on Saturday night in the Boves area. The restart will take place on Sunday morning on part of the Classic route with some new stretches on dirt roads. The Discovery is the category suitable for those who want to approach the HAT for the first time and want to experience the atmosphere of the trip without the commitment of driving for 24 consecutive hours with an overnight stay. Participants will cover approximately 500 kilometres. Drivers will be able to take advantage of the logistical support health care and refreshment points along the way.
CLASSIC The Classic
category of the HAT Sanremo Sestriere is the traditional one, suitable for already experienced motorcyclists who want to try their hand at a 24-hour non-stop with night riding. The participants will cover about 600 kilometres, crossing the Ligurian and Piedmontese Alps. The route includes some of the most picturesque places in the area. Drivers will be able to take advantage of logistical support, medical assistance and refreshment points along the way.
EXTREME
The Extreme HAT Sanremo Sestriere category is a challenge for the most experienced and passionate bikers. The number of places is limited to 140, so it is necessary to register well in advance. The start is scheduled for Friday evening from Sanremo. The participants will cover about 900 kilometres in 40-42 hours, crossing the Ligurian and Piedmontese Alps. The route differs in many places from the Classic version. Participants will be provided with logistical support, medical assistance at the refreshment points, and a dedicated indoor
rest/stop point. The transit and refreshment point at Punta Fraiteve at 2700 metres above sea level is confirmed. From here, participants will face a challenging descent towards Sestriere.
MASTER CHALLENGE
The Master Challenge category of the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE is intended only for those who really want to experience an adventurous journey alone or in a group, along demanding routes, a challenge to test their driving and navigation skills but in safety, being able to count on the assistance of the organisation.
Requirements
Participation in at least one previous edition of the HAT.
Route The
route of the Challenge is over 900 kilometres, with new and challenging sections differentiated from the main track.
The new Master Challenge formula includes:
- Passage time controls and secrets
- Tracks without a GPS track
- A challenge of navigation and regularity
- Limit participants 40
- Scoring (see Master Challenge Event Formula)
SAFETY We advise participants in the HAT Master Challenge category to stay overnight in Sestriere at the end of the event. A night’s rest will allow you to recharge your batteries and face the return journey in complete safety. In the INFO section you will find a list of participating hotels.
ASSISTANCE Along the route, drivers will be able to take advantage of the logistical support and medical assistance provided by the Green Cross, doctors and refreshment points. Possibility of independent overnight stays at the Boves covered market and at the refreshment-bivouac, services reserved for the Challenge category.
Motorbike recovery on dirt roads (will be carried out at a later date, where possible with the organisation’s vehicles and transported to a stage point).
MASTER CHALLENGE RULES
- A personal challenge of precision and regularity that rewards regular, precise, respectful and consistent driving behaviour over several parameters.
- Each driver must complete the entire course faithfully following the tracks provided, within the correct average times communicated.
- The organisation will award bonuses (known as ‘tokens’) to the driver who has complied with the communicated passage places and times.
- The goal for each driver is to collect a defined number of tokens provided by the organisation on the course for each day.
Collecting points (Tokens)
- Time:
- Passage points will be established on the route at a defined distance of one kilometre known as ‘gates’.
- Each driver must adhere to the gate passage times (per indicated km) communicated at the start based on the hourly average for the day, which may be different depending on the day.
- The time of passage will be detected by active GPS tracking on each driver and for each driver.
- With a tolerance on the communicated passage time, the driver will obtain a token by passing at the gate in the correct time. A table with the start and passage times will be provided.
- Each day’s arrival will constitute a fully-fledged gate where each driver must arrive in the notified time with a tolerance of +/- 30 minutes. Failure to do so will result in the relevant token not being awarded.
- Navigation:
- The organisation will define points on the course where each driver must pass, without time relief and without the driver being informed (blind type).
- Passing the secret checkpoint alone will entitle you to a token.
- There will be three to four checkpoints per day.
- Objective:
- All riders who have collected a minimum defined number of total tokens made available by the organisation during the event will receive the title of Master of Adventouring.

C’est un voyage, bien sûr, mais pas seulement… vous conduisez aussi pour obtenir un score…
Est-ce une aventure motocycliste ? certainement, pour la beauté des routes et des paysages mais aussi pour la longueur de ses étapes…
La nouveauté de cette édition sera l’introduction d’une nouvelle catégorie avec des variantes et de nouvelles sections sur un parcours exclusif, le HAT MASTER CHALLENGE. Cette aventure sera dédiée aux pilotes les plus expérimentés et les plus passionnés. Elle se déroulera sur une distance de plus de 900 km, avec des contrôles de passage et de temps secrets, et des tronçons à parcourir sans trace GPS. Un défi qui mettra à l’épreuve les capacités de conduite, de navigation et d’endurance des participants, en leur procurant des émotions inoubliables.

DÉTAILS DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Un voyage/une randonnée à travers les Alpes
Le HAT Sanremo – Sestriere, anciennement connu sous le nom de Hardalpitour, est un voyage/une randonnée à travers les Alpes de Ligurie et du Piémont, qui s’adresse à tous les amateurs d’enduro, qu’ils soient experts ou débutants.
Une expérience unique
La HAT Sanremo – Sestriere offre aux participants l’opportunité de vivre une expérience unique, en découvrant la beauté naturelle des Alpes. Le parcours serpente entre chemins de terre et routes naturelles, offrant des paysages à couper le souffle et des vues inoubliables, en s’imprégnant de l’atmosphère des grands rallyes internationaux.
Conduite de nuit
La principale caractéristique de la HAT Sanremo – Sestriere est la conduite de nuit. Une expérience inoubliable qui permet de vivre l’aventure d’une manière différente et suggestive.
Autonomie et responsabilité
La HAT Sanremo – Sestriere est une épreuve qui requiert autonomie et responsabilité de la part des participants. Chaque participant évaluera librement les pistes fournies et pourra s’arrêter aux points de ravitaillement situés le long du parcours, pour arriver à la destination de Sestriere.
Le lieu de départ sera toujours la ville de Sanremo. Pour l’édition 2024, nous confirmons le premier tronçon du parcours dans l’arrière-pays ligure, à travers les communes de Bajardo, Apricale et Pigna, ainsi que les nouveaux tronçons dans la Vie Marenche, des parcours très appréciés par les participants de la 15e édition.
NEW VINTAGE
La catégorie Vintage de la HAT Sanremo Sestriere est réservée aux motos immatriculées avant 1994. Elle dure deux jours et il sera possible d’y participer par groupes de trois.
Le parcours du premier jour coïncidera avec celui de la Classic, avec une nuit à la charge du participant le samedi soir dans la région de Boves. La reprise aura lieu le dimanche matin sur une bonne partie du parcours de la Classique, un parcours d’environ 500 kilomètres, destiné à ceux qui souhaitent conduire leurs motos historiques sur un parcours ADVENTOURING.
La nouvelle formule VINTAGE comprend :
- Assistance le long du parcours, les coureurs pourront bénéficier du soutien logistique et de l’assistance médicale de la Croix Verte, de médecins et de points de ravitaillement.
- Le dépannage des motos sur les chemins de terre (il sera effectué ultérieurement, si possible avec les véhicules de l’organisation et transporté vers un point d’étape).
- Parking réservé
- Départ avant la Classique
- Catégories de prix : Le vendredi après-midi, une cérémonie de remise des prix sera organisée par un jury composé de journalistes spécialisés et d’experts en motos anciennes.

DISCOVERY
La catégorie Discovery de la HAT Sanremo Sestriere durera deux jours et il sera possible d’y participer individuellement ou en groupe. Le parcours du premier jour coïncidera avec celui de la Classique, avec une nuit payée par le participant le samedi soir dans la région de Boves. La reprise aura lieu le dimanche matin sur une partie de l’itinéraire classique avec quelques nouveaux tronçons sur des chemins de terre. La catégorie Découverte est celle qui convient à ceux qui veulent approcher la HAT pour la première fois et qui veulent vivre l’atmosphère du voyage sans s’engager à conduire pendant 24 heures consécutives et à passer la nuit sur place. Les participants parcourront environ 500 kilomètres. Les conducteurs pourront profiter du soutien logistique, des soins de santé et des points de ravitaillement tout au long du parcours.
CLASSIQUE
La catégorie Classique de la HAT Sanremo Sestriere est la catégorie traditionnelle, adaptée aux motocyclistes déjà expérimentés qui veulent s’essayer à une conduite de 24 heures non-stop avec nuit. Les participants parcourront environ 600 kilomètres, en traversant les Alpes ligures et piémontaises. L’itinéraire comprend certains des endroits les plus pittoresques de la région. Les conducteurs pourront bénéficier d’un soutien logistique, d’une assistance médicale et de points de ravitaillement tout au long du parcours.
EXTREME
La catégorie Extreme HAT Sanremo Sestriere est un défi pour les motards les plus expérimentés et les plus passionnés. Le nombre de places étant limité à 140, il est nécessaire de s’inscrire bien à l’avance. Le départ est prévu le vendredi soir de Sanremo. Les participants parcourront environ 900 kilomètres en 40-42 heures, en traversant les Alpes ligures et piémontaises. L’itinéraire diffère en de nombreux points de la version classique. Les
participants bénéficieront d’un soutien logistique, d’une assistance médicale aux points de ravitaillement et d’un point de repos/arrêt intérieur
dédié. Le point de transit et de ravitaillement de Punta Fraiteve, à 2700 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer, est confirmé. De là, les participants devront affronter une descente difficile vers Sestriere.
MASTER CHALLENGE
La catégorie Master Challenge de la HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE est destinée uniquement à ceux qui veulent vraiment vivre une aventure, seuls ou en groupe, le long de routes exigeantes, un défi pour tester leurs compétences en matière de conduite et de navigation, mais en toute sécurité, en pouvant compter sur l’assistance de l’organisation.
Exigences
Participation à au moins une édition précédente du HAT.
Itinéraire
L’itinéraire du défi est de plus de 900 kilomètres, avec des sections nouvelles et exigeantes qui se distinguent de la piste principale.
La nouvelle formule de Master Challenge comprend

- Pistes sans trace GPS
- Un défi de navigation et de régularité
- Limiter le nombre de participants à 40
- Notation (voir la formule de l’épreuve du Master Challenge)
SÉCURITÉ Nous conseillons aux participants de la catégorie HAT Master Challenge de passer la nuit à Sestriere à la fin de l’événement. Une nuit de repos vous permettra de recharger vos batteries et d’affronter le voyage de retour en toute sécurité. Dans la section INFO, vous trouverez la liste des hôtels participants.
ASSISTANCE Tout au long du parcours, les pilotes pourront bénéficier du soutien logistique et de l’assistance médicale de la Croix Verte, des médecins et des points de ravitaillement. Possibilité de nuitées indépendantes au marché couvert de Boves et au ravitaillement-bivouac, services réservés à la catégorie Challenge.
Récupération des motos sur les chemins de terre (sera effectuée ultérieurement, si possible avec les véhicules de l’organisation et transportée vers un point d’étape).
MASTER CHALLENGE RÈGLEMENTS
- Un défi personnel de précision et de régularité qui récompense un comportement de conduite régulier, précis, respectueux et constant sur plusieurs paramètres.
- Chaque pilote doit effectuer l’ensemble du parcours en suivant fidèlement les pistes fournies, dans les temps moyens corrects communiqués.
- L’organisation accordera des primes (appelées “jetons”) au conducteur qui aura respecté les lieux et heures de passage communiqués.
- L’objectif de chaque conducteur est de collecter un nombre défini de jetons fournis par l’organisation sur le parcours pour chaque jour.
Collecte de points (jetons)
- Le temps :
- Des points de passage seront établis sur l’itinéraire à une distance définie d’un kilomètre, appelés “portes”.
- Chaque conducteur doit respecter les horaires de passage des portes (par km indiqué) communiqués au départ sur la base de la moyenne horaire de la journée, qui peut être différente selon les jours.
- L’heure de passage sera détectée par un suivi GPS actif sur chaque conducteur et pour chaque conducteur.
- Avec une tolérance sur l’heure de passage communiquée, le conducteur obtiendra un jeton en passant à la barrière à l’heure exacte. Un tableau indiquant les heures de départ et de passage sera fourni.
- L’arrivée de chaque jour constituera une porte à part entière où chaque conducteur devra arriver à l’heure notifiée avec une tolérance de +/- 30 minutes. Dans le cas contraire, le jeton correspondant ne sera pas attribué.
- Navigation :
- L’organisation définira des points sur le parcours où chaque conducteur doit passer, sans réduction de temps et sans que le conducteur en soit informé (type aveugle).
- Le seul fait de passer le point de contrôle secret vous donne droit à un jeton.
- Il y aura trois ou quatre points de contrôle par jour.
- Objectif :
- Tous les coureurs qui ont collecté un nombre minimum défini de jetons mis à disposition par l’organisation au cours de l’événement recevront le titre de “Master of Adventouring” (maître de l’aventure).

- I partecipanti dovranno firmare un documento di manleva di responsabilità, documento necessario per tutelare la responsabilità civile dell’Organizzazione, che fornirà esclusivamente un supporto logistico tramite, punti di ristoro e assistenza sanitaria.

A giudizio dell’Organizzazione, in caso di condizioni meteorologiche sfavorevoli, la manifestazione potrà subire la variazione del programma sia prima dell’inizio della medesima che durante il suo svolgimento.

- The AICS membership card will be issued from the tenth day following the date of payment of registration and will be usable from that date.
- By clicking on the SUBSCRIBE button ON THE WEBSITE, it is possible to register for the HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE including membership, with a single order and payment.
- Online registration for the event constitutes a simple two-week reservation. After two weeks, if no payment is made, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Participation is only confirmed once the transfer has been credited to the Over2000riders account and you have received the confirmation email, complete with payment receipt.
- If one is already an AICS member, through another association, the participant must send an e-mail with a scan of the membership card. The secretariat fee is € 35,00.
- The registration fee only includes logistical support through, refreshment stations and medical assistance.
- There is no mechanical assistance, vehicle recovery or anything else.
- Participants will have to sign a liability waiver, a necessary document to protect the civil liability of the organisation, which will only provide logistical support through, refreshment stations and medical assistance.
The registration fee only serves as reimbursement of expenses for the organisation of the event, such as: membership of the association, the provision of refreshment points, medical assistance, doctors and the Green Cross, the rental of equipment for tracking participants, setting up the start and finish points, advertising material for the event (jerseys, gadgets, etc.).
In the opinion of the organisers, in the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the event may be subject to a change in the programme either before or during the event.
At the organiser’s discretion, in the event of variations due to changes in legislation regulating access and transit on the possible routes, the event may be subject to a change in the programme either before the start of the event or during its course.
Such variations will not be a reason for members to claim any compensation of the participation fee or part thereof.
With the start of the first group of participants, the event is considered to have commenced (for all categories), therefore possible changes to the programme and any subsequent suspensions will not constitute grounds for requesting a refund of the participation fee.

– Il est possible de transporter un ou plusieurs sacs par participant, ne dépassant pas 40x40x70 cm.
– Les sacs pour les catégories Extreme et Master Challenge seront récupérés à Sanremo le vendredi, pour les autres catégories le dimanche matin.
– Pour la catégorie Discovery, la collecte et la livraison intermédiaire des sacs sont prévues à Boves, sur demande pour les autres catégories.
– Pour la catégorie Master Challenge, la collecte et la livraison intermédiaire des sacs sont prévues au bivouac.
– Pour toutes les catégories, les sacs seront livrés à Sestriere avant 19h00.
DÉTAILS CONDITIONS

- La carte de membre de l’AICS sera délivrée le dixième jour suivant la date de paiement de l’inscription et sera utilisable à partir de cette date.
- En cliquant sur le bouton S’ABONNER SUR LE SITE WEB, il est possible de s’inscrire à la HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE, y compris l’adhésion, avec une seule commande et un seul paiement.
- L’inscription en ligne à l’événement constitue une simple réservation de deux semaines. Après deux semaines, si aucun paiement n’est effectué, la réservation sera annulée.
- La participation n’est confirmée que lorsque le transfert a été crédité sur le compte Over2000riders et que vous avez reçu l’e-mail de confirmation, accompagné du reçu de paiement.
- Si le participant est déjà membre de l’AICS par le biais d’une autre association, il doit envoyer un e-mail avec un scan de sa carte de membre. Les frais de secrétariat s’élèvent à 35,00 €.
- Les frais d’inscription ne comprennent que le soutien logistique, les postes de ravitaillement et l’assistance médicale.
- Il n’y a pas d’assistance mécanique, de récupération de véhicule ou autre.
- Les participants devront signer une décharge de responsabilité, un document nécessaire pour protéger la responsabilité civile de l’organisation, qui ne fournira qu’un soutien logistique par le biais de postes de ravitaillement et d’une assistance médicale.
Les droits d’inscription servent uniquement à rembourser les frais d’organisation de l’événement, tels que : l’adhésion à l’association, la mise à disposition de points de ravitaillement, l’assistance médicale, les médecins et la Croix verte, la location de matériel pour le suivi des participants, la mise en place des points de départ et d’arrivée, le matériel publicitaire de l’événement (maillots, gadgets, etc.).
De l’avis des organisateurs, en cas de conditions météorologiques défavorables, l’événement peut faire l’objet d’un changement de programme avant ou pendant l’événement.
A la discrétion de l’organisateur, en cas de variations dues à des modifications de la législation régissant l’accès et le transit sur les itinéraires possibles, la manifestation peut faire l’objet d’une modification du programme, soit avant le début de la manifestation, soit pendant son déroulement.
De telles variations ne constituent pas une raison pour les membres de réclamer une compensation des frais de participation ou d’une partie de ceux-ci.
Avec le départ du premier groupe de participants, l’événement est considéré comme commencé (pour toutes les catégories). Par conséquent, les éventuelles modifications du programme et les suspensions ultérieures ne constituent pas un motif pour demander le remboursement des frais de participation.

- Ore 11:00 – 16:00: Check-in partecipanti categoria EXTREME / MASTER CHALLENGE con ritiro documentazione della manifestazione presso il Locale Registrazioni.
- Ore 14:00 – 19:00: Check-in partecipanti categorie CLASSIC DISCOVERY e VINTAGE con ritiro documentazione manifestazione presso il Locale Registrazioni.
- Ore 18:30 – 19:30 Premiazione Vintage

- Ritiro bagagli dalle ore 12 alle ore 19:00
Pernottamento categoria Discovery / Vintage
Il pernottamento del sabato notte è a carico del partecipante. Vista la tipologia turistica della zona, vi consigliamo di prenotare con largo anticipo.
REGOLAMENTO
CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME: La partecipazione è consentita solo a gruppi di 3-4 motociclisti.
DISCOVERY: La partecipazione è consentita singolarmente o in gruppi di 2-3 motociclisti.
MASTER CHALLENGE: La partecipazione è consentita singolarmente a piloti che abbiano già partecipato ad una HAT almeno una volta. La partenza in gruppo è consentita solo per motivi logistici.I punteggi per ottenere L’attestato di Master of Adventouring saranno calcolati per ogni singolo partecipante.
L’ordine di partenza delle categorie CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME sarà determinato dal saldo della quota di partecipazione del gruppo. Chi prima paga prima parte!!!

Chi non è presente al proprio turno di partenza, partirà in coda all’ultimo gruppo.
REQUISITI TECNICI MOTO AMMESSE:
- Tipologia: moto pluricilindriche da entro-fuoristrada e quelle monocilindriche non specialistiche
- Peso: superiore ai 150 kg
- Impianto di illuminazione: perfettamente funzionante
- Requisiti tecnici conformi al Codice della Strada: rispettano le norme previste dal Codice della Strada
- Per ciascun gruppo è ammessa la presenza di una motocicletta con peso inferiore ai 150 kg; quindi, tale gruppo potrà essere composto da due moto con peso superiore ai 150 kg e una moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg.
- I piloti di sesso femminile possono partecipare con moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg.
- I piloti minorenni possono partecipare con moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg (nella stessa squadra dovrà essere presente uno dei genitori del minorenne).
- Per gli scooter non esiste limite di peso, ma devono essere maggiori di 125cc, preparati adeguatamente.
REGISTRAZIONI:
- • Le registrazioni si terranno esclusivamente il venerdì pomeriggio a Sanremo dalle 11 alle 19.
- È richiesta la massima puntualità.
- Tutti i componenti del gruppo devono presentarsi insieme (è accettata ma sconsigliata la presenza di un solo componente che dovrà sia consegnare che ritirare l’intera documentazione degli altri partecipanti del gruppo).
Documenti da presentare alla registrazione:
- Copia del bonifico di pagamento.
- Tessera OVER2000RIDERS AICS. I partecipanti che hanno già fatto la tessera OVER2000RIDERS AICS, ma non ne sono ancora in possesso, la ritireranno insieme alla documentazione dell’evento.
- Manleva di responsabilità debitamente compilata e firmata.
Sistema di rilevamento della posizione GPS:
- Il tracker verrà consegnato alla registrazione.
- Richiede il versamento di una cauzione di € 100 in contanti.
- La cauzione verrà restituita a Sestriere, alla riconsegna del dispositivo.

- 2.00pm – 7.00pm: Check-in for participants in the CLASSIC DISCOVERY and VINTAGE categories with collection of event documentation at the Registration Room.
- 6.30pm – 7.30pm Vintage prize-giving
- 7.30pm – 8.30pm: Briefing for all participants in the MASTER CHALLENGE, EXTREME, CLASSIC, DISCOVERY, VINTAGE. Followed by HAT Sponsor evening with the presence of prestigious personalities from the world of travel and adventure tourism at the Sanremo Casino
- 9.00pm – 10.00pm: Dinner for the participants of the HAT EXTREME – MASTER CHALLANGE at a seaside restaurant.
- 11.00 pm: HAT MASTER CHALLENGE and EXTREME departure from the square.
Saturday 07 September
- 09:00 – 12:30: HAT Village opening.
- 09:00 – 10:30: PRESS, HAT VINTAGE and HAT DISCOVERY participants depart from the rally square.
- 10.30am – 12.00pm: Departure of the HAT CLASSIC groups from the rally square.
- 6.00pm – 9.00pm: Arrival in BOVES at the refreshment point with dinner – assistance point for the staff of the participants of the HAT CLASSIC, EXTREME, MASTER CHALLENGE, DISCOVERY and VINTAGE.
- 6pm Baggage collection at the Boves covered market. Participants who sleep at the covered market can return their luggage throughout the night.
Sunday September 8
- 6.30am – 7.30am Discovery / Vintage baggage collection at the Boves covered market
- 11:00 am : HAT Village opening district
- 12.00pm – 4.00pm: arrival in SESTRIERE at Piazzale KANDAHAR: end of HAT DISCOVERY, VINTAGE, CLASSIC, EXTREME and MASTER CHALLENGE.
- 12.00pm to 4.00pm: collection of participation certificate in Piazzale KANDAHAR and stop with the possibility of refreshment in the surrounding areas.
- For Challenge category, “MASTER ADVENTOURING” certificate will be collected (for participants who have obtained the required score)
- Baggage collection from 12pm to 7pm
Overnight stay in the Discovery / Vintage category.
The Saturday night stay is at the expense of the participant. Given the tourist typology of the area, we advise you to book well in advance.
RULES
CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME: Participation is only allowed for groups of 3-4 motorcyclists.
DISCOVERY: Participation is permitted individually or in groups of 2-3 motorcyclists.
MASTER CHALLENGE: Participation is permitted individually to pilots who have already participated in a HAT at least once. Departure in a group is permitted only for logistical reasons . The scores to obtain the Master of Adventouring certificate will be calculated for each individual participant.
The starting order of the CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME categories will be determined by the balance of the group’s participation fee. First pay first!!!

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ADMITTED MOTORBIKES:
- Type: multi-cylinder in-road and non-specialist single-cylinder motorbikes
- Weight: over 150 kg
- Lighting system: fully functional
- Technical requirements in accordance with the Highway Code: comply with the standards set out in the Highway Code
- One motorbike weighing less than 150 kg is permitted in each group; therefore, such a group may consist of two motorbikes weighing more than 150 kg and one motorbike weighing less than 150 kg.
- Female riders may participate with motorbikes weighing less than 150 kg.
- Underage riders may participate with motorbikes weighing less than 150 kg (one of the underage rider’s parents must be present in the same team).
- For scooters, there is no weight limit, but they must be over 125 cc and properly prepared.
RECORDS:
- Registration will take place exclusively on Friday afternoons in Sanremo from 11am to 7pm.
- Punctuality is required.
- All group members must present themselves together (the presence of only one member is accepted but not recommended, who will have to both deliver and collect the entire documentation of the other group participants).

- Copy of payment transfer.
- OVER2000RIDERS AICS card. Participants who have already made the OVER2000RIDERS AICS card, but are not yet in possession of it, will collect it together with the event documentation.

GPS position tracking system:
- The tracker will be delivered upon registration.
- Requires a deposit of € 100 in cash.
- The deposit will be returned to Sestriere upon return of the device.

- 09h00 – 10h30 : Les participants PRESSE, HAT VINTAGE et HAT DISCOVERY quittent la place du rassemblement.
- 10h30 – 12h00 : Départ des groupes HAT CLASSIC de la place du rassemblement.
- 18h00 – 21h00 : Arrivée à BOVES au ravitaillement avec dîner – point d’assistance au staff des participants des HAT CLASSIC, EXTREME, MASTER CHALLENGE, DISCOVERY et VINTAGE.
- 18h Récupération des bagages au marché couvert de Boves. Les participants qui dorment au marché couvert peuvent déposer leurs bagages toute la nuit.
Dimanche 8 septembre
- 6h30 – 7h30 Découverte / Récupération bagages vintage au marché couvert de Boves
- 11h00 : Quartier d’ouverture du Village HAT
- 12h00 – 16h00 : arrivée à SESTRIERE à Piazzale KANDAHAR : fin des HAT DISCOVERY, VINTAGE, CLASSIC, EXTREME et MASTER CHALLENGE.
- 12h00 à 16h00 : retrait du certificat de participation à Piazzale KANDAHAR et arrêt avec possibilité de rafraîchissement dans les environs.
- Pour la catégorie Challenge, un certificat “MASTER ADVENTOURING” sera collecté (pour les participants ayant obtenu la note requise)
- Récupération des bagages de 12h à 19h
Nuitée en catégorie Découverte / Vintage
La nuit du samedi est à la charge du participant. Compte tenu de la typologie touristique de la région, nous vous conseillons de réserver longtemps à l’avance.

EXIGENCES TECHNIQUES ADMISES POUR LES MOTOCYCLES :
- Type : motos routières multicylindres et motos monocylindres non spécialisées
- Poids : plus de 150 kg
- Système d’éclairage : entièrement fonctionnel
- Exigences techniques conformément au code de la route : respecter les normes définies dans le code de la route.
- Un motocycle de moins de 150 kg est autorisé dans chaque groupe ; par conséquent, un tel groupe peut être composé de deux motocycles de plus de 150 kg et d’un motocycle de moins de 150 kg.
- Les femmes peuvent participer avec des motos pesant moins de 150 kg.
- Les pilotes mineurs peuvent participer avec des motos de moins de 150 kg (un des parents du pilote mineur doit être présent dans la même équipe).
- Pour les scooters, il n’y a pas de limite de poids, mais ils doivent avoir une cylindrée supérieure à 125 cm3 et être correctement préparés.

Documents à soumettre lors de l’inscription :
- Copie du transfert de paiement.
- Carte AICS OVER2000RIDERS. Les participants qui ont déjà fait la carte AICS OVER2000RIDERS, mais qui ne sont pas encore en possession de celle-ci, la retireront en même temps que la documentation de l’événement.
- Décharge de responsabilité dûment complétée et signée.
Système de localisation par GPS :
- Le tracker sera délivré lors de l’inscription.
- Nécessite un dépôt de 100 € en espèces.
- La caution sera restituée à Sestriere au moment de la restitution de l’appareil.
INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Questa edizione si svolge sotto l’egida della A.I.C.S. Associazione Italiana Turismo Sport con il patrocinio della Regione Piemonte, della Regione Liguria e delle provincie di Imperia, Savona, Cuneo e Torino.
La partenza ha luogo dalla città di SANREMO (IM) e l’arrivo presso la cittadina di SESTRIERE (TO) per tutte le categorie della HAT.
• Il pernottamento del sabato per i partecipanti della categoria DISCOVERY / VINTAGE è nella zona di Boves
• Coloro che utilizzano il proprio furgone/carrello devono provvedere autonomamente alla logistica per il rientro, la distanza tra le due località (da Sanremo a Sestriere) è di circa 270 km di strada asfaltata.
Con l’iscrizione alla associazione OVER2000RIDERS più il tesseramento all’AICS si accede alle polizze assicurative previste per questo tipo di evento, è possibile prenderne visione nel sito ufficiale di AICS. http://motociclismo.aics.it/
Al momento della registrazione all’evento ogni partecipante, dopo aver consegnato tutti i documenti richiesti, riceverà un pacco contenente i gadget ed i ticket per i ristori.
Nei punti previsti di ristoro, ciascun partecipante deve consegnare il ticket per ottenere la consumazione.
Ai partecipanti regolarmente iscritti verrà inviato via e-mail entro il 30 agosto il programma definitivo dettagliato con: indirizzi, orari e quanto necessario per la partecipazione, inoltre, la traccia GPS (in formato .GPX) contenente il percorso ed eventuali varianti, punti dei ristori e controllo dei passaggi. Per la categoria Challenge i WP con i punti di controllo orari ed i punti con interruzione della traccia verranno inviati tramite e-mail, alcuni giorni prima dell’inizio della manifestazione
Nell’attraversamento dei centri abitati ed in prossimità dei punti ristoro, si chiede un comportamento rispettoso, procedendo a velocità molto bassa, evitando inutili rumori molesti e spegnendo le moto appena fermi. Insomma, usando il buon senso.
• ATTESTATO DI PARTECIPAZIONE
L’ attestato di partecipazione verrà consegnato a tutti i partecipanti che arriveranno a Sanremo
• 100% MARATHON PRIZE
Ai partecipanti che avranno completato l’intero percorso rispettando i punti di controllo segreti è prevista la consegna del bollino 100% MARATHON PRIZE da applicare sull’attestato di partecipazione. L’invio sarà effettuato alcuni giorni dopo la fine della manifestazione, in formato digitale, previa verifica dello staff tecnico dei percorsi registrati dal tracker.
• MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
I partecipanti che avranno percorso l’intero tragitto rispettando tutti i punti di controllo sia orari che segreti ed avranno ottenuto il punteggio totale richiesto, riceveranno l’attestato di MASTER OF ADVENTOURING. L’invio sarà effettuato alcuni giorni dopo la fine della manifestazione, in formato digitale, previa verifica dello staff tecnico dei percorsi registrati dal tracker.
SICUREZZA
Per garantire la massima sicurezza dei partecipanti durante la manifestazione, sarà attivo un servizio di rilevamento della posizione h24 tramite “TRACKER – GSM.”
• Il sistema è fornito da una società esterna specializzata e gestito dal nostro Servizio Tecnico.
• Il dispositivo verrà consegnato ai partecipanti singolarmente per le categorie DISCOVERY e CHALLENGE. Un dispositivo a gruppo per le categorie CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME. Il tracker dovrà essere restituito al termine della manifestazione all’arrivo a SESTRIERE.
• Il dispositivo verrà consegnato alla registrazione a Sanremo, e la cauzione di € 100 verrà restituita a SESTRIERE. Nel caso sia impossibile restituire fisicamente il dispositivo all’arrivo a SESTRIERE prima della chiusura della manifestazione, dovrà essere spedito con posta prioritaria all’Organizzazione con spese a carico del mittente.
• I partecipanti iscritti come gruppo che restituiscono il dispositivo si considerano tutti ritirati definitivamente dalla manifestazione.”
TRACCE GPS
I partecipanti si impegnano formalmente a non divulgare a terzi le tracce GPS del percorso né di quello effettuato, al fine di evitare che questi itinerari vengano percorsi con comportamenti e atteggiamenti non in linea con quelli dell’Associazione.
AUTORIZZAZIONE TRATTAMENTO IMMAGINE
Ciascuno dei partecipanti riconosce che la sua partecipazione all’evento autorizza l’Organizzazione e i suoi assegnatari o altre parti qualificate a catturare e conservare, su qualsiasi supporto e con qualsiasi mezzo, a riprodurre e rappresentare successivamente, senza alcun compenso il proprio nome e cognome, la voce, l’immagine, la biografia e più in generale, le prestazioni nell’ambito dell’evento, nonché i marchi dei produttori di attrezzature e degli sponsor in qualsiasi forma su qualsiasi mezzo di comunicazione esistente o futuro, in qualsiasi formato, per qualsiasi comunicazione al pubblico in tutto il mondo, per qualsiasi uso ivi compreso quello pubblicitario e/o commerciale e senza altre limitazioni se non quelle indicate di seguito.
L’Organizzazione o altri soggetti qualificati potranno sfruttare le immagini fisse o audiovisive dell’evento per qualsiasi uso diverso da quello pubblicitario e/o commerciale e la promozione dell’Evento non è considerata come uno sfruttamento commerciale per il periodo di protezione attualmente concesso a questi tipi di uso.
L’Organizzazione non utilizzerà o autorizzerà l’uso dell’immagine individuale di un partecipante nell’ambito della commercializzazione di prodotti derivati, noti come merchandising senza l’espressa autorizzazione del partecipante stesso

GENERAL INFORMATION
This edition takes place under the aegis of A.I.C.S. Associazione Italiana Turismo Sport with the patronage of the Piedmont Region, the Liguria Region and the provinces of Imperia, Savona, Cuneo and Turin.
The start takes place in the town of SANREMO (IM) and the arrival in the town of SESTRIERE (TO) for all HAT .
– Overnight accommodation on Saturday for participants in the DISCOVERY / VINTAGE category is in the Boves area

When registering for the event each participant, after having handed in all the required documents, will receive a package containing gadgets and tickets for the refreshments.

Duly registered participants will be sent by e-mail by 30 August the final detailed programme with: addresses, timetables and all that is necessary for participation, as well as the GPS track (in .GPX format) containing the route and any variants, refreshment points and passage control. For the Challenge category, the WPs with time control points and points with track breaks will be sent by e-mail, a few days before the start of the event
When passing through towns and villages and near refreshment posts, respectful behaviour is called for, proceeding at a very low speed, avoiding unnecessary nuisance noise and turning off motorbikes as soon as they stop. In short, using common sense.
– CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION The certificate of participation will be given to all participants arriving in San Remo
– 100% MARATHON PRIZE
Participants who have completed the entire route respecting the secret checkpoints will receive the 100% MARATHON PRIZE sticker to be affixed to their participation certificate. – MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
Participants who have covered the entire route respecting all the control points, both hourly and secret, and have obtained the required total score, will receive the MASTER OF ADVENTOURING certificate. This

SECURITY
In order to guarantee maximum security for participants during the event, a 24-hour position-tracking service will be in operation via “TRACKER – GSM.”
– The system is provided by a specialised external company and operated by our Technical Service.
– The device will be given to participants individually for the DISCOVERY and CHALLENGE categories. One device per group for the CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME categories. The tracker must be returned at the end of the event upon arrival in SESTRIERE.
– The device will be handed over at the registration in Sanremo, and the deposit of € 100 will be returned to SESTRIERE. If it is impossible to physically return the device upon arrival in SESTRIERE before the end of the event, it must be sent by priority mail to the Organisation at the sender’s expense.
– Participants registered as a group who return the device are all considered to have definitively withdrawn from the event.”
GPS
TRACKS Participants formally undertake not to divulge to third parties the GPS tracks of the route or the route taken, in order to avoid these routes being travelled with behaviour and attitudes not in line with those of the Association.
IMAGE PROCESSING AUTHORISATION
Each participant acknowledges that his/her participation in the event authorises the Organisation and its assignees or other qualified parties to capture and preserve, in any medium and by any means, reproduce and subsequently represent, without any compensation whatsoever, his/her name and surname, voice, image, biography and more generally performance in the event, as well as the trademarks of the equipment manufacturers and sponsors in any form on any existing or future media, in any format, for any communication to the public worldwide, for any use including advertising and/or commercial use and without any other restriction other than those indicated below.
The Organisation or other qualified parties may exploit the still or audiovisual images of the Event for any use other than advertising and/or commercial use and the promotion of the Event shall not be considered as commercial exploitation for the period of protection currently granted to these types of use.
The Organisation will not use or authorise the use of the individual image of a participant in the marketing of derivative products, known as merchandising, without the express authorisation of the participant

Lors de l’inscription à l’événement, chaque participant, après avoir remis tous les documents requis, recevra un paquet contenant des gadgets et des tickets pour les rafraîchissements.
Aux points de ravitaillement prévus, chaque participant devra remettre son ticket pour obtenir un rafraîchissement.
Les participants dûment inscrits recevront par e-mail, avant le 30 août, le programme définitif détaillé comprenant : les adresses, les horaires et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour participer, ainsi que la trace GPS (au format .GPX) contenant l’itinéraire et ses variantes éventuelles, les points de ravitaillement et le contrôle du passage. Pour la catégorie Challenge, les WP avec les points de contrôle horaire et les points avec pause piste seront envoyés par e-mail, quelques jours avant le départ de l’épreuve.
Dans la traversée des villes et des villages et à proximité des points de ravitaillement, il convient d’adopter un comportement respectueux, de rouler à très faible vitesse, d’éviter les nuisances sonores inutiles et d’éteindre les motos dès qu’elles s’arrêtent. Bref, il faut faire preuve de bon sens.
– CERTIFICAT DE PARTICIPATION Le certificat de participation sera remis à tous les participants à leur arrivée à San Remo.
– PRIX DU MARATHON 100%
Les participants ayant effectué l’intégralité du parcours en respectant les points de contrôle secrets recevront l’autocollant PRIX DU MARATHON 100% à apposer sur leur certificat de participation. SÉCURITÉ Afin
de garantir une sécurité maximale aux participants pendant l’événement, un service de suivi de la position sera opérationnel 24 heures sur 24 via “TRACKER – GSM”.
– Le système est fourni par une société externe spécialisée et exploité par notre service technique.
– L’appareil sera remis aux participants individuellement pour les catégories DISCOVERY et CHALLENGE. Un appareil par groupe pour les catégories CLASSIC / VINTAGE / EXTREME. Le traceur doit être restitué à la fin de l’épreuve à l’arrivée à SESTRIERE.
– L’appareil sera remis à l’inscription à Sanremo, et la caution de 100 € sera restituée à SESTRIERE. S’il est impossible de restituer physiquement l’appareil à l’arrivée à SESTRIERE avant la fin de la manifestation, celui-ci devra être envoyé par courrier prioritaire à l’Organisation aux frais de l’expéditeur.
– Les participants inscrits en groupe qui restituent l’appareil sont tous considérés comme s’étant définitivement retirés de l’événement.
Traces GPS
Les participants s’engagent formellement à ne pas divulguer à des tiers les traces GPS du parcours ou l’itinéraire emprunté, afin d’éviter que ces itinéraires ne soient parcourus avec des comportements et des attitudes non conformes à ceux de l’association.
AUTORISATION DE TRAITEMENT D’IMAGES
Chaque participant reconnaît que sa participation à l’événement autorise l’Organisation et ses ayants droit ou autres personnes qualifiées à capter et conserver, sur tout support et par tout moyen, reproduire et représenter ultérieurement, sans aucune contrepartie, ses nom et prénom, sa voix, son image, sa biographie et plus généralement sa performance dans l’événement, ainsi que les marques des équipementiers et sponsors, sous quelque forme que ce soit, sur tout support existant ou à venir, en tout format, pour toute communication au public dans le monde entier, pour toute utilisation y compris publicitaire et/ou commerciale et sans autre restriction que celles indiquées ci-dessous.
L’Organisation ou d’autres parties qualifiées peuvent exploiter les images fixes ou audiovisuelles de la manifestation pour tout usage autre que publicitaire et/ou commercial et la promotion de la manifestation n’est pas considérée comme une exploitation commerciale pour la période de protection actuellement accordée à ces types d’utilisation.
L’Organisation n’utilisera pas et n’autorisera pas l’utilisation de l’image individuelle d’un participant dans la commercialisation de produits dérivés, appelés merchandising, sans l’autorisation expresse du participant
